She put a lot of hard work and money into the house and he doesn’t want her to have any of it. Can he take it all away from her? He is very secretive with his money and other things (she recently discovered he has another address he gets mail sent to) so she is afraid he is planning to make sure she gets less than what she deserves.

if any thing he should give the house to you AND your mom because your the females,hes the man so he should go out and find a new house…im sure when the they take it to court she will get the house since she has a daughter…

She needs to get a lawyer. Also she should go to this website. Do a credit check he may have other property she does not know about. Tell her to run all three reports this is FREE. She can make sure he does not have a card in her name with her knowing. Remember get a lawyer. We here are not lawyer’s so that’s her first step.
