While one person may say that attorney so and so is the best, another person might disagree with that statement. Unfortunately, since divorces are so emotionally charged one person’s experience and “wins” might be another person’s nightmare and “losses.” While it may be a good idea to ask around, you should be aware that the relationship you will have with that attorney may be far different than the relationship others have had. You should go to several initial consultations with various firms/attorneys to evaluate each firm/attorney in finding the right match for you. Ultimately, the choice of an attorney is an important decision, and asking questions is the quickest way, as a consumer and potential client, that you can understand whether the attorney you are speaking with is the right attorney for you.
